Lemon Hill Mansion Job Review

Project Gallery:

As a part of the City of Philadelphia requirements contract, we were awarded this job to replace existing hydronic outdated boilers with brand new Commercial High Efficient Weil- Mclain Boilers.

The biggest challenge was the fact that the building is considered to be a historical building. Aesthetics played a huge role. Not only a huge role but also we couldn’t violate the city codes in terms of where the exhaust pipes would be located, so we had to be very careful with designing the exhaust system to make sure that not only would comply with manufacturer specifications, but also that it would not violate a historical code. In the end, we were able to come up with a clever solution of using one of the existing chimneys to bring exhaust pipes out in a very discreet way. Our team completed the project within specified contract time.
